Hotel & Home App User Guide
- The Hotel & Home application applies to our diffusers with remote connectivity functions and is compatible with iOS and Android.
- With the Hotel & Home app, you can easily connect and manage your diffuser from your phone or tablet.
- Creating groups allows you to apply the same settings globally to all diffusers in the same home, apply settings to diffusers of vacation homes or rental homes.
- Up to 5 customizable schedules can be set to maximize efficiency and not waste your aromatic oil for times you aren’t consistently home.
- Connect to your diffuser locally through Bluetooth, or maintain a constant connection over WiFi, allowing you to monitor your diffuser and turn it on and off when you’re going to be away.
Connecting to Bluetooth
To connect your diffuser through Bluetooth, click the “Bluetooth” icon
A list of available diffusers will appear. Selecting the available diffuser will establish the local connection.
Exiting the application removes the Bluetooth connection.
The indicator on the machine will flash blue to confirm you are connected to Bluetooth.
Note: Bluetooth connection is recommended for setting up your diffuser.

Connecting to WiFi
To connect your diffuser to your WiFi network, you must have a 2.4 GHz band. If you are unsure if you have a 2.4 Ghz, you will need to access your modem to find out. If your network is not 2.4 Ghz, you will need to create one.
Step 1: Ensure your phone is connected to the correct 2.4 GHz network you want the diffuser to connect to.
Step 2: Put the diffuser into Configuration mode by pressing and holding the “Down” button for 10 seconds until the machine displays -CF-
Step 3: Select the ‘WiFi’ button
Step 4: Enter the 2.4GHz Network band password that your device should be connected to. Press ‘Start configuration”.
Step 5: Let the app find the machine and complete the configuration mode completely.
Congratulations, you can now control your diffuser anywhere from your mobile device! To view your diffuser settings, you can access it through the footer menu on the app, ‘Diffuser Group’. The diffuser will be in the ‘Default Group’.
Note* If the configuration fails, double check you are connecting to a network with 2.4GHz band. Make sure the diffuser is powered on and set to configuration mode (step 2). If it still fails to connect, access the device through Bluetooth and select “Net Config” from the diffuser setting screen. Enter your 2.4 GHz network WiFi password, and click “Start Configuration”.
If it does not discover your device, confirm whether it is connected by the indicator light on the front of the machine. Solid blue light means it is connected to the network.

Creating Custom Schedules
Up to 5 Schedules can be created, allowing you full control of when the diffuser is on and when it is off.
Days of the Week: Set the days of the week that the settings apply to. In this example, Monday-Friday is selected.
Diffuser Operating Time:
Start: This is the time of the day that the diffuser will start to diffuse. The time is displayed in military time only. In this example, 08:00 (8am) is selected.
End: This is the time of the day that the diffuser will no longer diffuse. The example shows 22:00 (10pm).
Diffusion Output: This is the amount of diffusion that is set. “Diffuse” is the amount of seconds the atomizing core will diffuse the aromatic oil. “Pause” is the amount of seconds in between the diffusion. In this example, we are diffusing for 60 seconds every 200 second. The longer the Diffuse time and the shorter the Pause time will produce a stronger scent. The longer the diffusion, the more oil consumption.

Creating Diffuser Groups
Diffuser groups are useful when controlling multiple diffusers with the same settings, diffusers at multiple properties, or when viewing an individual WiFi connected diffuser you have already set up and want to edit the settings for. Connected diffusers show up initially under the “Default Group”.
Create a new group: On the Default Group main screen, select the ‘+’ button to add a new group. Enter the name of the group and select ‘OK’.
Add Diffuser to group: To add a diffuser to your new group, or to move a diffuser from one group to another, select the group you want to move to, click the three dots on the upper right corner, and select ‘Add a Diffuser’ from the Group Settings page. From here you will be able to see your connected diffusers in each existing group, and choose the diffuser you want to add to the new group. Select ‘Done’ at the top right corner.
Change Group Settings: Select the Diffuser Group you want to view settings for and click the three dots on the upper right corner. From this screen, you can select the “Group Settings” to view and update any of your diffuser schedules. Note, the settings you apply will be applied to all diffusers in this group. We suggest you create individual groups for any machines you want unique settings for.
