Quality in Material Selection
This set is made with 1/2" wrought iron rod in the main frame construction
(not 3/8" like you will find in retail grade furniture). The
mesh used in the seat and seat back is a heavy 13 gauge. Much
heavier than you will find even at a quality patio store. Preparation of the raw chair
includes sandblasting (not a lesser quality chemical wash) and zinc
primer. Where others use support tabs, we use support bars. The
final finish is the latest in modern elasticized powder coat paint
guaranteed for 10 years against sun fade.
